What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and lead the strategic roadmap for Salesforce across multiple business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, shaping innovative and scalable solutions.
Lead platform design, governance, and DevOps strategy across a growing Salesforce ecosystem.
Champion user adoption through training, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
Support the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and adjacent technologies for a unified customer view.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, marketing tech, and client services.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) in agile environments.
Expertise in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Data Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
Proven background in platform governance and DevOps tools like Gearset, GitHub, or Copado.
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for user-focused design.
Comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-paced financial services setting.
Desirable Experience:
Knowledge of asset or investment management environments.
Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Experience with change management or mobile UX design.
