Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Salesforce development and architecture across multiple business units.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a robust Salesforce roadmap.
Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams.
Drive innovative use of Salesforce to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and hands-on development (Apex, LWC, Integration Patterns).
Proven leadership experience in enterprise-level Salesforce programs.
