Salesforce Administrator – Boutique Financial Services

Contract Length: 12 Months

Rate: £400.00 Per Day

TechOhana have partnered with a highly respected boutique financial services firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client experiences through innovation, agility, and a personalised approach. As part of their continued growth and technology evolution, they are seeking a skilledSalesforce Administratorto take ownership of the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform.

The Role

In this role, you will act as the go-to Salesforce expert within the business, responsible for maintaining system stability, delivering improvements, and ensuring data quality. You will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and manage the configuration and testing of changes.

You will be involved in the full administration lifecycle – from creating reports and dashboards, managing user accounts and permissions, to implementing new features and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business operations.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for system changes and enhancements.

  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional services, financial services, or similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, and data management.

  • Experience with automation tools such as Flow and Process Builder.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
