Salesforce Architect – Remote (UK) | £100,000 - £110,000
Are you a strategic Salesforce expert ready to own architecture at an enterprise level? Our client, a leading player in thetelecommunications industry, is looking for a seasonedSalesforce Architectto lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes and growth plans.
This is afully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Salesforce Architect, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure that Salesforce is optimised to support both current operations and future transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the overall
Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards
Lead solution design across
Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
Provide architectural guidance on integrations with other business systems (e.g. billing, customer portals, data platforms)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, admins, and business analysts
Ensure best practices around
security, scalability, and performance
Play a key role in platform governance, data model design, and change control
Support the roadmap for Salesforce across the business, including upcoming transformation initiatives.
About You:
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Architect, ideally within a large or complex organisation
Strong hands-on experience with
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud; additional experience with Marketing Cloud or CPQ is a plus
Deep understanding of
Salesforce architecture patterns, data modelling, and integration techniques
Experience in the
telecommunications industry
is highly desirable
Confident working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g.
Application Architect,
System Architect, or
CTA) are highly desirable
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
UK-based and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
