Role Overview

The Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect acts as a trusted technical visionary and delivery lead. They will oversee architecture, integration, and implementation strategies for complex solutions within a financial services context—leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Architectural Strategy:

    Define and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions tailored for financial services, aligning technical architecture with business objectives.

  • Drive End-to-End Implementation:

    Oversee workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment; support transformational initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.

  • Model & Integrate Data:

    Lead data modeling, integration strategy, and migration activities—ensuring secure connections and integration between Salesforce and external systems.

  • Mentor and Govern:

    Guide delivery teams in development best practices, governance, and architectural standards; serve as escalation point for key technical decisions.

  • Client Advisory & Pre‑Sales Support:

    Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders—supporting solutioning, roadmapping, scoping, and responding to RFPs or proposals.

  • Manage Risk & Drive Adoption:

    Proactively identify architectural risks and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for long-term business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years in delivering enterprise technology solutions, including 3–6+ years focused on Salesforce solution architecture.

  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

  • Strong foundation in data architecture, platform security, identity/access management, integration architecture, and Apex design patterns.

  • Domain knowledge across banking, insurance, wealth management, or similar financial verticals.

  • Ideal Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, Financial Services Cloud, or OmniStudio.

  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to cultivate trust at all organizational levels—especially with executive stakeholders.
