Salesforce Developer – Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 (DOE)

Our client, a growing organization based in Richardson, TX seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their Sales Ops team. This is a Hybrid role where you’ll have the opportunity to help optimize Salesforce, automate workflows, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions for Sales and Experience Cloud.

• Build and maintain Integrations with third-party applications using APIs, MuleSoft, and other tools.

• Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.

• Write and optimize SOQL/SQL queries for efficient data management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, implement Salesforce best practices, and identify process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years with API integrations.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce Automation Tools.

• Strong SOQL/SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI preferred; experience with FileMaker, Aspire, and MS Office is a plus.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
