Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour

Client: Salesforce Partner specializing in Insurance Firms

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our client, a leading Salesforce Partner with a strong track record of delivering solutions in the insurance sector. This is a contract position with an initial term of 12 months and a high probability of extension. You will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce environments, with a particular focus on Financial Services Cloud.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for client orgs.
Configure and maintain
Financial Services Cloud
to align with insurance client needs.
Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
Build and optimize workflows, process automations, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Perform routine data management, including imports, exports, and data quality assurance.
Support integrations and troubleshoot system issues.
Partner with consultants and developers on enhancements and larger Salesforce initiatives.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud
(must-have).
Strong background in configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards.
Experience working with insurance or financial services clients is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
