The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect for a year-long contract position with a strong potential for conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of architecting scalable and robust systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define solution blueprints and technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and data migrations.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and technologies to enhance client solutions.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical estimations.
Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions across various clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Strong understanding of Salesforce development methodologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Experience with integration patterns and tools, such as REST and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL processes.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data migration strategies, and data governance principles within Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
Compensation:
Up to $135 per hour (commensurate with experience).
