THE ROLE:

• Collaborate with the Head of Systems, IT and a team of developers solving technical problems

• Utilise Languages such as Python, PHP and Laravel to shape the technical landscape

• Champion CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment strategies

• Bring bold, fresh ideas to the table and help bring them to life

• Guide the evolution of our internal platforms and web-based systems

Technical Skills needed:

• 2 yeas experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g. Python, PHP, Java, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)

• Strong database knowledge (SQL, MySQL)

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

• Strong understanding of web architecture, cloud environments, and scalable systems

• Excellent communication

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence a bonus
