About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developerto take on a lead role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This fully remote contract offers long-term potential, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial 6 months. The ideal candidate will bringat least 3 years of Salesforce head/lead developer experienceand proven expertise withHealth Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

• Oversee and guide development best practices for Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.

• Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with Salesforce standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3+ years of Salesforce lead developer experience.

• Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.

• Health Cloud expertise (mandatory).

• Proven experience leading development teams or projects.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
