About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developerto take on a lead role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This fully remote contract offers long-term potential, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial 6 months. The ideal candidate will bringat least 3 years of Salesforce head/lead developer experienceand proven expertise withHealth Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
Oversee and guide development best practices for Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Collaborate closely with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with Salesforce standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing mentorship to junior developers.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
3+ years of Salesforce lead developer experience.
Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
Health Cloud expertise (mandatory).
Proven experience leading development teams or projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
