Job Description:
TechOhana has recently partnered with a exciting Non- Profit organisation who are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team. You will play a key role in supporting the Foundation to deliver an efficient and effective Grants Programme aimed at assisting community and voluntary organizations in Surrey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, while also conducting grant assessments and performing due diligence checks on applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Salesforce Lightning, including developing and refining systems and processes.
Conduct accurate grant assessments, including due diligence reviews and funding recommendations to ensure compliance with programme criteria.
Assess the impact of grants awarded and provide comprehensive reports.
Act as the front-line contact for outreach, offering capacity-building support to voluntary and community groups applying for various funding programmes.
Requirements:
Experience in grant application review and implementation of grant programmes.
Willingness to learn and support the implementation of Salesforce (previous Salesforce experience is helpful but not required).
Strong attention to detail, especially in conducting due diligence and assessing the impact of grants.
