Role: Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40-50,000


TechOhana have partnered with a leading Marketing consultancy whose mission is to make digital transformation accessible to all and work to provide their services affordable to all companies of all sizes.


They are looking to bring in a Marketing Operations Manager to collaborate with stakeholders of various levels, managing the day-today delivery and management of the MarTech for customer intelligence.


My client operates across numerous cloud services, data, security alongside specialising within numerous industries in both the public and private sector including fintech, retail and digital.

Within the role itself you manage all aspects of the MarTech stack systems in marketing automation, and CRM to ensure best practices.


You will develop and implement current systems in Pardot and Salesforce, analysing data sets. This is a fast paced, varied role which will allow you to be autonomous and gain vast exposure across the board.

There will be plenty of learning and development opportunities supported through 12 days of personal growth and development time, along with training upon onboarding and working with a highly experienced marketing team to learn off and share expertise.


This is a hybrid working opportunity based in Manchester once/twice a week, however there can be some flexibility to promote a healthy work life balance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in a B2B space

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce and Pardot with marketing automation

  • Experience using data access and data quality.

  • GDPR knowledge and compliance.

  • Used analytic tools to report on campaign effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication ability to work with stakeholders.
