ISV Sales Director

We are a specialist in Salesforce staffing, partnering with a European-based company that has developed a groundbreaking ISV product for Salesforce customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategy and Sales Director to establish and lead our U.S. sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption and sales of the ISV product in the U.S. market.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, key market trends, and opportunities.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners in the Salesforce ecosystem, such as consulting partners and system integrators, to leverage their networks and resources for sales and marketing efforts.

  • Create and implement effective sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensure customer success, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and make adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and related products.

  • Experience in building and managing sales teams, with excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
