They are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to lead the Salesforce initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between business and technical teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment and understanding.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that arise.

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

  • Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction through proactive management and problem-solving.

  • Lead change management efforts, including training and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Salesforce implementations and integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

  • Salesforce certifications (PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
