They are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to lead the Salesforce initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Facilitate communication and coordination between business and technical teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment and understanding.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction through proactive management and problem-solving.
Lead change management efforts, including training and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Salesforce certifications (PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
