Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architect – Contract (Outside IR35)

TechOhana has partnered with an existing enterprise client undergoing a global Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation. This is a complex, multi-region rollout that forms a core part of their wider Salesforce transformation journey.
We are looking for aSalesforce FSL Architectto join the project team on a part-time contract basis. The role is fully remote and offers flexibility, with a commitment of 3 days per week (24 hours weekly). This is initially a 3-month engagement with strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead FSL architect for a global rollout, ensuring scalable, efficient design across multiple regions
Translate business and operational requirements into robust architectural solutions
Design and validate FSL configurations including Service Territories, Scheduling Policies, Work Rules, and mobile enablement
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to design governance, architecture reviews, and overall solution integrity across the programme
Required Experience:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a specific focus on Field Service Lightning
Deep understanding of FSL configuration and architecture best practices
Hands-on experience with large-scale, multi-region Salesforce implementations
Strong integration knowledge (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third-party tools)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications in FSL and architecture are advantageous
