You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and have a proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success. As a Functional Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into effective Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Functional Salesforce Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or custom applications.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are essential.
Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders and deliver high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
