This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in Salesforce — whether through certification, training, or personal projects — who is eager to take the next step into a hands-on role.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data management.
Assisting with configuration of objects, fields, and workflows to improve system usability.
Helping to maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to best practice.
Supporting colleagues with system queries and resolving basic issues.
Learning to develop automation and reports to support business processes.
Working closely with senior Salesforce staff to gain practical experience and training.
What we’re looking for:
Some prior knowledge of Salesforce (Trailhead, training, or certification desirable).
Strong Excel Skills - can create formulas
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-paced technology environment.
