About the Role
As one of the most pivotal positions in your client's Salesforce ecosystem, the Salesforce Architect designs and delivers scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to a large consumer goods organization. This role ensures seamless architecture, integration, and innovation across multiple Salesforce clouds and platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust, scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business strategy and growth goals.
Lead solution design and oversee technical development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations via API/ETL, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders—from business executives to technical teams—to translate requirements into architectural roadmaps and ensure alignment at all levels.
Drive technical leadership by mentoring developers, guiding architectural decisions, managing deployment processes (CI/CD), and enforcing governance standards.
Oversee integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms), while maintaining data governance, model integrity, security (SSO, sharing settings), and compliance.
Keep pace with Salesforce innovations and emerging trends to continuously optimize the platform and elevate user experiences.
Produce and maintain clear architecture documentation, technical specifications, and enablement materials for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect delivering successful enterprise‑scale implementations across multiple clouds.
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce development technologies (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integration patterns, data modeling, and platform architecture.
Deep understanding of deployment methodologies, version control, CI/CD, and governance practices within Salesforce environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into architecture that is scalable, sustainable, and cost‑effective.
Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting technical solutions to varied audiences with executive presence.
Preferred: Active Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
