Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to support business processes and workflows.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity within the platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support operational needs.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for optimization.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
