Salesforce Administrator – Remote | £50,000 - £55,000

Are you a detail-orientedSalesforce Administratorwho thrives on improving processes, supporting users, and ensuring the platform runs like clockwork? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation that operate within the facilities management industry, is looking for a proactive Salesforce Admin to join their fully remote team.

My client is looking for someone that is eager to grow, and that is passionate about Salesforce, who can demonstrate that they are an active participant within the Salesforce Ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and optimising the organisation’s use ofSales Cloud,Service Cloud, andPardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). You’ll ensure the platform supports business needs, manage tickets throughJira, handle user requests, and help drive adoption through effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and configuration of

    Sales Cloud,

    Service Cloud, and

    Pardot.

  • Act as the first line of support for Salesforce users – resolving queries, managing permissions, and handling user setup.

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations.

  • Use

    Jira

    to manage and track incoming support tickets and feature requests.

  • Support business change initiatives – ensuring updates and changes are well documented, communicated, and adopted.

  • Perform

    thorough testing

    of changes and new features before deployment.

  • Maintain data integrity and support data uploads, cleansing, and de-duplication processes.

About You:

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with exposure to

    Sales Cloud,

    Service Cloud, and

    Pardot.

  • Confident in managing change processes and rolling out updates in a controlled, structured way.

  • Experience using

    Jira

    or similar tools for ticket tracking.

  • Strong communication skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in testing and quality assurance.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is beneficial but not essential.
