As the Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for working with non-profit organizations to implement and optimize their Salesforce systems. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Non Profit Cloud and related Salesforce products
Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with non-profit clients
Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
Provide training and support to users to maximize adoption and success
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on non-profit organizations
Strong understanding of Non Profit Cloud and Salesforce architecture and functionality
Good configuration skillset via flows
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salesforce certification preferred
