Contract:6-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)

Location: Fully Remote

Client: Salesforce Partner

Rate: Up to $120 an hour



About the Role

Our client, a leading Salesforce Partner, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead solution design and oversee implementation of large-scale Salesforce programs. This role requires deep expertise in Contact Center implementations and Financial Services Cloud. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

  • Architect and oversee

    Contact Center solutions

    leveraging Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, CTI, and related integrations.

  • Drive

    Financial Services Cloud

    solution design, configuration, and customization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional architects, developers, consultants) to deliver scalable solutions across multiple clouds.

  • Establish governance, integration standards, and data migration best practices.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding teams on Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.

  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., financial industry standards).

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years

    of Salesforce Architecture experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations.

  • Proven expertise in

    Contact Center implementations

    (Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, CTI, telephony integrations).

  • Strong hands-on and architectural experience with

    Financial Services Cloud.

  • Mastery across Salesforce platform components (Apex, LWC, Flows, API integrations).

  • Experience with data migration, governance, and security best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

  • Salesforce Architect certifications highly preferred (CTA, Technical Architect, Application/System Architect).
