Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York City, is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions to streamline legal processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the firm's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices and standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, and Bulk API).

• Experience with Salesforce data migration and ETL processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) preferred.
