Our client, a leading financial services company based in New York, is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Manage and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and Apex.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
