Salesforce Tester - FSL Experience

​Role: Salesforce Tester

Contract Length: 3 Months Extending

Rate: £450.00 Per Day

Location: Available to Travel

TechOhana have partnered with a key client who are urgently on the lookout for a Salesforce Tester on a 3 Month rolling contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL implementations.

• Design and execute functional, regression, and system integration test cases.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

• Ensure smooth end-to-end testing across multiple environments.

• Document and track defects, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Validate data integrity and system performance under various use cases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester with a focus on

  Service Cloud

  and

  Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, functionality, and data models.

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
