Our client, a fast-growing and innovative financial services company, is seeking aSalesforce Solution Architectto join their team on acontract basis. This is afully remote role, offering up to$100 per hour, and an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

As the Salesforce Solution Architect, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. They will lead the architectural design, oversee best practices, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Salesforce platform performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration options.
Work cross-functionally with development teams, admins, and business stakeholders.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and scalability standards.
Contribute to the overall Salesforce roadmap and architectural governance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications highly desirable (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
