About the Role:

As a Salesforce Sales Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's sales processes and driving operational efficiency. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home on the East Coast, with occasional travel to the charming city of Richmond, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for process improvement.

  • Design and implement sales operations strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.

  • Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Operations Consultant.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related technologies.
