Salesforce Sales Executive - Up to $150,000 + Double OTE
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing Salesforce ISV based in Europe, is seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Sales Executive to spearhead their expansion within the American market. The Salesforce Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and achieving ambitious sales targets within the North American region. This individual will leverage their deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and SaaS sales to identify, engage, and close deals with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning the client's solutions to address those needs.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the client's Salesforce solutions.
Navigate complex sales cycles, managing negotiations and closing deals effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a direct sales role within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally selling SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various clouds.
Strong network within the Salesforce community and a demonstrated ability to generate leads.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
This full-time, remote position offers a competitive base salary of up to $150,000, with a lucrative double on-target earnings (OTE) potential for high achievers.
