Job Description

We are seeking a seasonedSalesforce Project Managerto lead Salesforce initiatives for a local construction company in San Diego. This on-site role requires a strong mix of project management expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and the ability to coordinate technical teams with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Salesforce implementations within fast-paced, operations-driven industries such as construction, engineering, or field services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and go-live support.

  • Develop and oversee

    project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Serve as the

    primary liaison

    between business teams, technical staff, and vendors.

  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to ensure

    solutions align with operational needs.

  • Conduct

    status updates, executive reports, and stakeholder communications.

  • Drive adoption of Salesforce by leading

    change management and training efforts

    for end users.

  • Ensure

    data accuracy, compliance, and reporting capabilities

    to support construction workflows and client management.

  • Identify risks and proactively develop

    mitigation strategies

    to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least

    3+ years leading Salesforce projects.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

  • Experience managing Salesforce implementations in

    construction, engineering, or field operations

    preferred.

  • Proficiency in

    Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt in hybrid environments.

  • Salesforce certifications such as

    Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master

    are a strong plus.

  • Excellent

    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

    skills.

  • Must be available to work

    on-site in San Diego

    full-time.
