Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Project Managerto lead Salesforce initiatives for a mission-driven non-profit organization based in Los Angeles. This on-site role requires strong project management expertise, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring experience managing Salesforce projects that support business transformation and community-focused goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and adoption.

  • Develop and maintain

    project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

    to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for stakeholders, bridging business needs with technical Salesforce solutions.

  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to ensure

    solutions meet functional requirements.

  • Lead

    status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder reporting

    for project visibility.

  • Ensure adherence to

    Salesforce best practices, data governance, and compliance standards.

  • Identify risks and proactively develop

    mitigation strategies

    to avoid project delays.

  • Drive

    change management, user adoption, and training initiatives

    to maximize Salesforce value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least

    3+ years managing Salesforce projects.

  • Solid understanding of

    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

  • Experience leading

    enterprise-level Salesforce implementations

    within non-profit or mission-driven organizations preferred.

  • Knowledge of

    Agile and Waterfall methodologies; ability to adapt in hybrid environments.

  • Salesforce certifications such as

    Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master

    are a strong plus.

  • Excellent

    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

    skills.

  • Must be available to work

    on-site in Los Angeles

    full-time.
