Rate:£450.00 P/D (Outside IR35)

Location:Hybrid (2 Days a Week in London)

Length:6 Months Initial

TechOhanais a specialist Salesforce recruitment partner working exclusively with a key consultancy on a multi-phase digital transformation. They are looking for acontractSalesforce Project Managerto lead a critical phase of the implementation.

This role sits at the heart of delivery — driving coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams to ensure success across a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce implementation across multiple business functions

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

  • Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce consultants, developers, analysts, and testers

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and external vendors

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints

  • Support change management and end-user readiness activities

  • Ensure quality control and testing oversight throughout the delivery cycle

  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders

  • Manage budget tracking and vendor performance

  • Oversee the smooth transition into post-implementation support

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce projects across multi-cloud instances including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2C Commerce Cloud

  • Strong project management skills including planning, governance, risk, and budget management

  • Experience working with internal teams and third-party Salesforce partners

  • Comfortable presenting to and managing senior stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)

  • Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption
