TechOhanais a specialist Salesforce recruitment partner working exclusively with a key consultancy on a multi-phase digital transformation. They are looking for acontractSalesforce Project Managerto lead a critical phase of the implementation.

This role sits at the heart of delivery — driving coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams to ensure success across a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce implementation across multiple business functions
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce consultants, developers, analysts, and testers
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and external vendors
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
Support change management and end-user readiness activities
Ensure quality control and testing oversight throughout the delivery cycle
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
Manage budget tracking and vendor performance
Oversee the smooth transition into post-implementation support

Required Experience/Skills:

Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce projects across multi-cloud instances including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2C Commerce Cloud
Strong project management skills including planning, governance, risk, and budget management
Experience working with internal teams and third-party Salesforce partners
Comfortable presenting to and managing senior stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption
