Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location:100% Remote/London Office

Salary: £75,000 + benefits

TechOhana is working very closely with a Salesforce Consultancy that specialises in the Telecommunications Industry, who have a very unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager.

You will be a part of a vibrant and collaborative team of specialists providing you constant support for your progression. You will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce implementation projects by designing and leading the team along the road map to ensure all requirements are met.

You will be managing teams of Administrators and Developers whilst ensuring the team of Business analysts Liaise between stakeholders and the development team efficiently.

Excellent communication skills are key as you will be in a client facing role, managing stake holders and communicating budgets for each implementation as well as managing the time scale for the completion of project - ensuring that the targets are met.

This will largely be a remote role, however you may be required to visit client sites up to 2 times a month on a very flexible basis.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within Salesforce

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator at a minimum

  • Strategic thinking, problem solving, clear communication, creativity, decisiveness, strong leadership are all desirable attributes

  • Hands on, end to end Salesforce core cloud configuration experience

  • Strong communication skills and stake holder management

  • Experience working with Agile, SCRUM methodologies

  • Existing experience with tools - primarily Jira etc

  • Full right to work in the UK
