Role: Salesforce Programme Manager

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

Rate: Up to £600-£650 Per Day Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 Months

We are actively seeking a seasoned Salesforce Programme Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce initiatives for our software development client. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the program strategy, managing project portfolios, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically leading Salesforce initiatives within a software development context.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and risks for complex programs.
Salesforce certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster or Project Management Professional (PMP), are highly desirable.
