They are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Programme Manager to join their team. As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in leading multiple Salesforce platforms, working hands-on with configurations, and delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
At least 10 years of Salesforce experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations
Experience leading teams and managing project timelines and budgets
Ability to write code is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
