Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Program Manager – Greenfield Implementation

£700/day | Outside IR35

Mainly Remote (UK-based) | Some European Travel Possible

Duration:6 months with extension due to being up to 3 years worth of work

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead a high-profile greenfield Salesforce implementation for a forward-thinking organisation. This is a contract role offering autonomy, a dynamic environment, and the opportunity to shape the Salesforce landscape from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading end-to-end delivery of a greenfield Salesforce program, from discovery through to go-live.
Overseeing multi-cloud implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration across Sales, Service, and other core Salesforce Clouds.
Managing stakeholders across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to European offices.
Driving governance, risk management, and program controls in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What we’re looking for:

Proven track record as a Salesforce Program Manager on large-scale implementations.
Strong multi-cloud Salesforce experience, with solid understanding of core clouds.
Experience managing greenfield delivery in complex, international organisations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
UK-based, with flexibility for limited European travel.
