Job Title: CRM Automation Manager | Salesforce Product Owner | FTC

Location: Southampton(2 days a week in the office)

Salary:£50-60k (PAYE) (FTC)

TechOhana is partnering with aglobal leader in the automotive industryto find anCRM Automation Managerwho will play a crucial role in managing project deliveries, emails, and team coordination across marketing, sales, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:

    Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce and automation projects, delivering requirements to the team and ensuring smooth communication between onshore marketing and sales teams and offshore developers in Romania.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical information.

  • Technical Guidance:

    While not a developer role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools like

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    or

    HubSpot

    to effectively communicate with the technical team.

  • Agile Environment:

    Lead in an Agile environment, managing the Kanban board, ensuring smooth project implementation, and feeding back key insights to the business.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience as a

    platform expert

    with the ability to manage Salesforce and marketing automation processes.

  • Excellent communication and commercial skills to manage cross-functional teams, especially in a multi-cultural and offshore setup.

  • Ability to thrive in a relaxed, yet productive, environment where hybrid working is encouraged.

Desirable:

  • Experience managing or owning a

    platform

    with the ability to understand and relay technical requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with

    Kanban boards

    and project management tools in an agile setup.

Additional Information:

  • Contract:

    12-month rolling contract, with the potential for long-term progression.

  • Flexible Working:

    Relaxed work environment; typical commitment of 2 days a week in-office, with some flexibility for remote work.

  • Development Team:

    Offshore Romanian developers.
