TechOhana has partnered with a leading Salesforce end user based in greater London who are actively on the lookout for a Salesforce platform manager to lead the team in maintaining and improving their org.
You will be working as part of techno-functional practice working with some of the most gifted Salesforce professionals in the market who are all striving for the same goal! In addition to this you will be directly mentored by the technical director who's name is highly reputable in the market.
Our client operates as a global lead in the telecommunications industry and in turn operates a multi-cloud practice of Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience cloud. As well as Field Service Lightning.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand the needs of multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable mentoring and managing a team of functional and technical specialist. They are rapidly growing and are looking to built a centre of excellence.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of APEX, Process Builder, Flows, Triggers, Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Data loader and Workbench
Ideally experience managing people.
Act as a technical subject matter expert for business user.
Track and ensure defects and change requests are managed efficiently both internally and externally
Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (ideal)
Two plus years' of Salesforce experience.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Salesforce certified - Minimum of ADM201
