Job Title: Salesforce Pardot Developer (Account Engagement Focus)

TechOhana has recently parented with an innovative new client specializing in the marketing space. As a Salesforce Pardot Developer, you will support the team in optimizing clients' Salesforce applications. This includes email, landing page, and form development, as well as working with HTML, CSS, JS, SSJS, SQL, AMPscript, and further developing the Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Lead Consultants and clients to design and develop email, landing page, and form templates.
Proactively optimize clients' assets where possible.
Ensure coding aligns with best practices for dark mode, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Support Lead Consultants on projects, including project scoping and task execution.
Provide strategic advice to clients that meet their business objectives where possible.
Mentor and develop team members in your areas of expertise.
Create documentation and strategy frameworks for best-practice Salesforce solutions to be rolled out to clients.
Attend client meetings, including kickoffs and strategy meetings, to support Lead Consultants and Head of Client Services.
Manage your time using forecasting tools while accommodating requests from team members.
Contribute to the company's online presence and marketing by writing blogs, for example.
A key aspect of this role is proactively developing your skill set on supported platforms. You will work alongside an experienced team of Salesforce professionals, who will support your growth and development in this space.
Developer Requirements:
1+ years of front-end development experience.
Degree in computer science (ideal).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP or Java.
Familiarity with relational databases and understanding of SQL.
Familiarity with AMPscript is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.

Able to work collaboratively with the Lead Consultant team across the client portfolio.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships with clients.
Enthusiastic about problem-solving and finding solutions to complex problems for clients.
Excellent communication skills, able to deliver engaging presentations and describe solutions in detail.
Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and specialize in either MCAE, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (or a combination of).
