Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner

Your Tasks:
Be the in-house Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME
Cooperate with marketing stakeholders to create business requirements for SFMC
The be the POC between the internal and external marketing and Salesforce resources
User Acceptance Training, configuration of elements, approve campaign components
Use cases, user stories, and roadmap for the Marketing Cloud instance
Work with external developers to coordinate, design and plan new custom requirements
Use and rely on current and future cases to contribute to digital marketing strategy sessions
Ensure full digital marketing utilization of SFMC
Act as a decision-maker and liaison between marketing and Salesforce resources internally and externally
Work with channel experts and owners to ensure continuous operational readiness, high standards of excellence and strong tracking
Ensure the SF Marketing Cloud instance meets all regulatory and data privacy requirements
Ensure best practices of the MC instance within the Salesforce ecosystem
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and support the generation of new ideas to improve customer experience and growth
Your Profile:
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
In-depth experience in performance marketing
Google Analytics 360 knowledge
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics
Experience in enterprise-level marketing automation products
Marketing channel management (i.e. Email)
Experience in planning and executing campaigns with a focus on customer first
Fluent in German and English
