We are looking for aMarketing Automation Manager/Specialistfor an end-user client based inZurich.
Aufgaben:
Plan, execute and analyse programmes along the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with regional colleagues for effective activation and A/B testing in compliance with global guidelines and regional regulations.
Analysing user data for targeted strategies to drive desired customer behaviour.
Collaborate with teams and channels for high design and copy standards and consistent customer experience.
Leveraging new tools and marketing software for best-in-class customer journey.
Define performance metrics and create custom dashboards and reports.
Dein Profil:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (business informatics, marketing)
Professional experience in technology-driven project management of marketing projects
Knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, Pardot and eCommerce
Experience with customer data analysis, web tracking and analytics tools
Salesforce certification or high trailhead qualification are an advantage
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Willingness to take responsibility, work team-oriented and independently
