Role: Salesforce Manager
TechOhana is working with a Global Enterprise Entertainment Company who have just had its Salesforce platform go live. They are currently developing a 3 year roadmap to build out the platform to drastically increase User adoption. They are looking for a Salesforce manager to own their marketing cloud org and take ownership of this as well as a number of third party tools to gain actionable insight.
This company is looking for a Salesforce Manager to provide leadership through this period of growth and require someone that is confident in managing user forums, creating and delivering training material and ensuring the implementation is being effectively utilised by the users. The main focus is someone who has strong leadership, communication and explanation skills as you will be building out a team Salesforce professionals.
In terms of character, they are looking for someone with enthusiasm for improving user experiences. As well as hands on functional knowledge of the technical side is preferable, however, not a necessity.

2+ years Salesforce experience
Worked on Marketing cloud
Experience with (Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Advertising Studio)
Excellent stakeholder management skillset
Experience leading/managing a team of 5+ specialists
Consulting background – admirable
