Techohana have collaborated with a leading Non-profit Salesforce Implementation partner that is actively on the lookout for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator.
This client is dedicated to providing excellent service for the non-profit oganisations that they partner with from securing them the right solution, managing the implementation and finally working with them to maintain their system and continuing to improve it. And ultimately the charities best interest, is at the heart of what they do.
The role itself has a broad scope whereby there will be continuous exciting projects to thrive on and build upon your existing skill set. This is an exceptional opportunity for anyone looking to diversify their Salesforce portfolio by gaining multi-cloud exposure and working on some exciting projects, allowing you to develop your own skill set in the Salesforce Eco-System.
In addition, you will also be working in a collaborative environment where individual mentorship is ensured. Allowing you to enhance your skill set and gain solid experience and knowledge of the Eco-system. This includes an opportunity to personally progress by working towards certifications which are financially rewarded by the company as well as an individually tailored development programme.
You will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementations alongside communicating aspects of various Salesforce projects ranging from support and BAU to brown field end-to-end implementations to key stakeholders.
On top of this, this client will provide you with regular training and development opportunities, along with a robust performance management framework and individual development plan which comes with an added bonus when new certifications have been achieved with the opportunity to cross train.
Here are the requirements for the role:
3+ Year's Salesforce experience.
Hands on in gathering requirements
Experience working on end to end implementations
Strong stakeholder management skill set
Hands on with configuration - flows, process builder and validation rules
Salesforce Certifications (Desirable)
Full right to work in Ireland
