Position: Salesforce FSL Consultant

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote


Our client is a renowned player in the Logistics sector, dedicated to providing top-notch services and solutions to their clients. With a focus on innovation and excellence, they are continuously striving to enhance their operations through cutting-edge technology.


As a Salesforce FSL Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the optimization and enhancement of our client's Field Service Lightning implementation. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce FSL to analyse business requirements, design solutions, configure the platform, and ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce FSL.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce FSL to meet the specific needs of the Logistics industry and the client's business processes.

  • Provide expertise in implementing best practices for Field Service Lightning, including scheduling, work order management, mobile solutions, and more.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules and external systems.

  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on Field Service Lightning.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, particularly in the context of FSL.

  • Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce FSL, including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile solutions.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant) preferred but not required.
