Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that empower our business. You’ll work closely with a team of Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to build solutions that support and scale our customer relationship and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Customize Solutions:

    Create custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and complex integrations to meet business needs.

  • Implement Best Practices:

    Follow Salesforce development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:

    Work with business analysts, admins, and users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Optimize & Innovate:

    Continuously explore new Salesforce features, staying updated with the latest releases to ensure we’re leveraging the full potential of the platform.

  • Support & Troubleshoot:

    Provide support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and make improvements to enhance platform performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning framework.

  • Certifications:

    Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in APIs, integration patterns, and data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench) is a must.

  • Problem Solving:

    Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical issues.

  • Communication:

    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, translating business needs into robust solutions.
