The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in customisation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce applications. This role will involve:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.

• Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce implementations to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams.

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on customization and integration.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.

• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica is a plus.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
