This role will involve:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce implementations to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on customization and integration.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
