Salesforce Developer – £50,000 - £60,000 – Berkshire Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Our client, a leading Salesforce consultancy based in Berkshire, is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join their expert team.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems to support seamless data and process management.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
Manage development tasks, enhancements, and bug fixes using Agile tools such as Jira.
Carry out robust testing, debugging, and optimisation to ensure performance and stability.
Support data activities such as imports, transformations, and validation.
Act as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed about Salesforce best practices, new features, and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce toolkit.
Hands-on delivery experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (e.g. Git).
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that are both innovative and scalable.
Confident communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is desirable; Developer II is a plus.
