Job Description

We are seeking a talentedSalesforce Developerto join our on-site team in San Diego. This role will support a local manufacturing company by designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy

    Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

  • Configure and customize Salesforce using

    Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and App Builder.

  • Develop and maintain

    REST and SOAP API integrations

    to connect Salesforce with ERP and manufacturing systems.

  • Collaborate with business users to

    gather requirements

    and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with

    manufacturing workflows and compliance needs.

  • Participate in

    agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Conduct

    unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

    to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Stay current with

    Salesforce releases and industry best practices

    to recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with

    Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to manufacturing environments a plus.

  • Proficiency with

    Salesforce declarative tools

    (Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets).

  • Familiarity with

    ERP system integrations

    preferred.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

    Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder) preferred.

  • Strong

    problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Must be available to work

    on-site in San Diego

    full-time.
