What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows) for Sales & Service Cloud
Configure and optimize existing processes to support healthcare operations and customer service teams
Lead integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (using APIs, middleware, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of API integrations and platform architecture
Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
