TechOhana are collaborating with a leading technology provider who operate on a global scale within their sector and have over 500 employees worldwide. Their main mission is to maintain a constant stream of innovation for their customers and continue to improve and build on transforming their journey day in, day out.

They are actively seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to join their existing Salesforce team and work alongside the CRM Manager who has an extensive background in Salesforce across numerous high-profile companies.

The role itself will be well versed whereby you will be carrying out technical analyses and configuration and collaborating with key stakeholders. You will be required to carry out and understand the current automations of processes on an end-end basis and integrate solutions.

My client is building out their Salesforce platform whereby there will be numerous exciting opportunities to come in the near future that you will be playing a key part in. You will have the chance to voice your expertise and have a say in important business decisions to make the platform your own.

You will be required to have the following skill set and experiences:

  • Minimum of 2 years Salesforce experience

  • Degree in Business economics, marketing, or IT

  • Exposure with Sales, Service, CPQ , and Pardot

  • Fluent in English with excellent ability to liaise with key stakeholders

  • Knowledge with APEX is a plus

  • Proficient configuration skill set with flows, workflows, and process builder

  • Salesforce Certified
